2. Service Activation

New client services are activated within 30 days for a $500 setup fee and all client account login credentials required for us to perform the service activation and setup service must be received by the client within 5 business days of our request for login credentials, unless otherwise agreed. Add-on services are activated within 5 business days.

3. Migration from Infusionsoft and other systems

Many of our clients, including ourselves, have migrated from Infusionsoft to the sales and marketing software we help setup with our preferred suppliers. We specialize in migrating your data from Infusionsoft and other sales, marketing, and contact management platforms to a more user-friendly experience that drives efficiency.

4. Security

Hackers frequently exploit loopholes in old software versions and improper configuration which could cause thousands of dollars in damage. Through regular and timely maintenance, and monitoring, we help to protect your business and keep your assets online. Data stored on our servers is encrypted using 128 bit encryption.

5. Updates and Maintenance

Your website and related plugins and add-ons are updated regularly to ensure optimal security and performance of your services and optimal security.

For all services we ensure each new software installed is compatible with your setup and will help your revert to backup data if necessary and at no additional cost. We understand it is crucial that your online business stays online.

Your website information is backed up daily for a rolling 21-day period. 8. Service Uptime and Redundancy

Your electronic commerce platform is meant to stay online; your business and clients depend on it. Our recommended suppliers provide 99.9% uptime and 100% redundancy, which means in the unlikely event of a server failure another one is seamlessly turned on to avoid significant interruptions of service. We are not responsible and cannot be held liable for service interruptions caused by 3rd parties and our suppliers as our setup services are provided on a best effort basis.

9. Service Capacity and Scalability Standard

Your contact and email marketing systems include up to 2,500 contacts, and your membership or protected online courses can serve up to 1,000 members.

Your service plan includes hosting for up to 10,000 daily visitors shared among  3 websites. Most clients allocate the 3 websites to 1 legacy business site, 1 primary sales and marketing site with a payment checkout system, and a site for membership or protected online courses. We’ll help you determine your ideal setup.

10. Security Certificate and SSL & HTTPS Checkout

Your service includes the setup of a security certificate to enable HTTPS and SSL checkout (the lock icon) which gives confidence to your visitors that their sensitive information and credit card details are protected.

11. Hosting Your Online Academy, Membership Site and Online Courses

Your service plan includes everything you need to host your online academy, membership site, online courses and protected content. Although our system is easy to use, our clients typically prefer to outsource their technology needs to focus on growing their business and serving their clients.

Our most popular service is our eCommerce & Marketing System with Premium Service which includes 180 minutes of consulting calculated in 10-minute increments (unused time does not carry over month to month), a Marketing & Technology Manager assigned to your account that will meet with you monthly and premium software provided by our suppliers to sell more digital content and online events. Your manager will meet with you monthly to strategize on how to best leverage the services made available to you.
