What is happening

Your website pages may take a long time to load.

You may notice:

  • Pages taking several seconds to open
  • Images loading slowly
  • The website appearing blank before loading
  • The page builder taking a long time to open

This is usually caused by browser cache issues, large images, internet connection problems, or temporary server delays.

Before contacting the technical support team, please try the steps below.

Step 1 — Check Your Internet Connection

A slow internet connection can make websites appear slow.

Try:

  • Opening another website such as google.com
  • Refreshing your internet connection
  • Restarting your router if needed

If other websites are also slow, the issue may be with your internet connection.

Step 2 — Refresh the Page

Sometimes the page did not load correctly.

Try a hard refresh.

Windows: CTRL + F5

Mac: CMD + SHIFT + R

Then check if the website loads faster.

Step 3 — Clear Your Browser Cache

Your browser may be loading outdated files.

Chrome / Edge

  • Click the three dots in the top right
  • Click Settings
  • Go to Privacy and Security
  • Click Clear browsing data
  • Select Cached images and files
  • Click Clear Data

Then reload the website.

Step 4 — Try Another Browser or Device

Open the website using:

  • Another browser, such as Chrome, Edge, or Safari
  • Incognito / Private window
  • Your mobile phone

If the site loads fast on another device, the issue is likely browser related.

Step 5 — Check If the Problem Happens on All Pages

Try opening multiple pages on the website.

Examples:

  • Home page
  • About page
  • Contact page

Ask yourself:

  • Is only one page slow?
  • Or is the entire website slow?

This information helps identify the issue.

If the Website Is Still Slow

Please send the following information to the technical support team:

  • Website URL
  • The page that is loading slowly
  • Screenshot of the page while loading
  • What changes were made recently
  • Page builder used: Classic Editor, Elementor, or Divi
  • Approximate time when the issue occurred

This will help the support team diagnose the issue faster.
