Support Plans

Expert website management · Since 2016

Expert support for your website.
A real team, not a ticket queue.

Your site is managed, monitored, and updated. When something breaks or you need a change, there's someone on the other end - a team that knows your site, responds within a clear timeframe, and handles it without needing you to manage the process.

That's what a TDN Support Plan is. Not a hosting package with a chat widget. Not a freelancer you have to re-explain everything to every time. A managed service with a real team, clear response standards, and infrastructure that keeps your site secure, current, and running - so the tech isn't on your plate.

The problem

You shouldn't be the one handling this.

Here's how most business owners end up doing their own website tech.

First they outgrow DIY. So they find a support plan - someone to host the site and handle updates. At first it works. Then a form breaks and the support ticket sits for three days. Then a plugin update silently breaks the checkout and they find out from a customer. Then they, or their VA, spend the next two hours undoing something that was supposed to be managed.

And somewhere in that cycle, the tech became one more thing on the list.

That's the problem this page is solving. Not a complex operational systems problem - a simpler, older one:

Your support provider is hard to reach when something actually goes wrong.

Your site is "hosted" but nobody's actively watching it.

Your VA ends up in the backend fixing things she shouldn't have to know about.

You find out about problems when customers report them - not before.

Asking for a change takes too long, costs extra, or requires explaining your whole site again from the beginning.

None of this should require your attention. You built a business on your expertise. The tech should run quietly in the background - maintained, monitored, updated, and handled by a team that knows what they're doing and is actually reachable when you need them.

That's what a TDN Support Plan gives you.

THE FOUNDATION

What every plan includes - before we get to the tiers.

Every TDN support plan runs on the same managed infrastructure. The plan you choose determines your task support level - but the foundation underneath is the same regardless of tier.

High-performance cloud hosting

Configured and managed by TDN. No shared environments, no oversold servers — performance-grade hosting that performs the way it should.

Daily automated backups

Backed up every day. If a failed update, plugin conflict, or security incident hits, we restore from a clean backup without losing your work.

24/7 uptime monitoring

TDN is alerted the moment your site goes down — not when a customer emails you. Most issues are resolved before you know they happened.

SSL certificate management

Monitored and renewed automatically. No expired-certificate warnings, no security errors greeting your visitors.

Cloudflare CDN

Served through Cloudflare's global network — faster load times worldwide and an extra layer of protection between your site and the internet.

Double firewall security scanning

Two layers of firewall protection, actively monitored. Security scanning flags threats before they become incidents.

WordPress core & plugin updates (WordPress sites)

Core updates, plugin updates, and compatibility checks — handled on a regular schedule. Not auto-updated and forgotten. Checked, applied, and confirmed.

Private analytics

Your analytics data stays private. No third-party tracking of visitors, no data shared with ad platforms — insight without feeding anyone's targeting.

GDPR / CCPA compliance tools

Cookie consent management and compliance tooling, configured and maintained as part of your managed infrastructure.

That's the foundation — included in every plan. What follows is where the tiers differ: the type and complexity of task support available to you each month.

THE PLANS

What each plan covers

The foundation is the same across all four plans. What changes is the scope and complexity of tasks included, the response time commitment, and the price - from $100/month to $500/month.

Managed infrastructure. Professional hosting. No task SLA.

$100/ month
Best forSelf-sufficient clients — businesses with their own developer, a technically capable team, or a site that changes rarely.
  • Full foundation stack (all nine items)
  • Occasional requests — reach out and we respond (no committed turnaround)

Not included: a guaranteed task response timeline. When requests start arriving regularly, Gold is the natural next step.

How businesses grow

Is a Support Plan the right fit?

No plan is permanent. As your business grows, your digital needs grow - and TDN grows with you. Here's how that progression usually looks.

1
Essentials → Gold

Requests start arriving regularly

A page needs editing, an image swapped, a blog post published. When you want a committed 1–2 business-day turnaround, Gold formalizes the relationship.

2
Gold → Platinum

From editing to building

A new email automation. A landing-page variation. A tool that needs connecting. These are medium tasks — Platinum covers them with a 3–6 business-day commitment.

3
Platinum → Diamond

The scope gets bigger

Genuinely new builds — custom page designs, complex integrations, major structural changes. If your team requests real build work regularly, Diamond is home. It's also where build clients land after launch.

4
Diamond → Martech

The question shifts

From "can you do this when I ask?" to "can you watch my whole system and catch things before I have to ask?" That's a different relationship — and for Diamond clients, the conversation usually comes up naturally.

Thinking in that direction already?

Diamond builds the plumbing — you direct the work, TDN executes it. Managed Plans (Martech) is operational ownership: someone watching the connected system proactively. When you're ready, it's a natural next conversation.

The right fit

Is a Support Plan the right fit?

This is for you if…

  • You have a site you depend on and you want someone else managing it.
  • You're a solo coach, early-stage creator, or small business owner who doesn't want the tech on your plate.
  • Your VA is excellent — but the backend isn't her job and shouldn't need to be.
  • You want a real team watching your site and ready to respond — without chasing them.
  • You want a solid, professional managed foundation — not yet at Martech's operational complexity.
  • You came off a TDN build and want the same team to keep the site running.

This probably isn't the right fit if…

  • You need proactive monitoring of your funnels, automations, and CRM — that's Managed Plans.
  • You have an active marketing stack and want someone watching it between tasks — also Managed Plans.
  • You want bare-bones cheap hosting and plan to manage everything yourself. TDN's plans are for businesses that want managed support, not just server space.

Either of these sound like you? You're not being turned away — you're being pointed at the right door.

The foundation is the same across all four plans. What changes is the scope and complexity of tasks included, the response time commitment, and the price - from $100/month to $500/month.

Questions we hear before people get started.

Is this just hosting with a nicer name?

No. Hosting is one component of the foundation — and it's a better foundation than most managed hosting plans offer: high-performance cloud infrastructure, daily automated backups, Cloudflare CDN, double firewall security scanning, 24/7 uptime monitoring with alerts. But what makes a TDN Support Plan different from hosting is what happens after the infrastructure is running: WordPress updates handled on schedule, task requests executed with a committed response time, bugs treated as a priority, and a team that knows your site well enough that you don't have to re-explain it every time you need something.

What exactly counts as a small, medium, or large task?

In plain terms:

Small: A quick edit that doesn't change the structure of the page or system — updating text, swapping an image, fixing a broken link, uploading a blog post when the content is provided. 1 to 2 business day turnaround.

Medium: Building something new from an existing template, or connecting a new tool — a new opt-in form, a basic email automation, a landing page variation using your existing design. 3 to 6 business day turnaround.

Large: A genuinely new build — a custom sales page layout, a new site section, a complex integration, or significant styling changes across multiple pages. 7 to 15 business day turnaround.

If you're ever unsure which category a request falls into, just ask when you submit it. We'll confirm the category and set the right expectation before work begins.

How do I submit a request?

Multiple ways: email, live chat on the TDN site, WhatsApp, SMS, a support form, or a 10-minute Zoom call during office hours. You don't have to navigate a ticketing system or talk to a bot to submit a request. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm Central Standard Time (GMT-6), excluding US holidays.

For urgent issues — site down, broken checkout, payment processing affected, lead form on paid traffic broken — add "URGENT" to your subject line and we treat it as a priority. Don't bury an urgent request in a regular email.

How quickly will you respond?

Bug fixes are handled at top priority — same timeline as small tasks (1 to 2 business days). For critical issues (site completely down, security incident, payment system broken), we move as fast as the situation requires — not as fast as the queue allows.

Routine requests follow the SLA for their task size: small (1–2 BD), medium (3–6 BD), large (7–15 BD). Essentials clients are handled on a best-effort basis — you'll hear from us, but without the formal SLA commitment of the paid task tiers.

What if I need something that goes beyond my current plan?

You won't be left without an answer. If a request falls outside the scope of your plan, we'll tell you clearly: what the request is, why it's outside current scope, and what the path forward looks like. We don't cut off mid-task or leave requests in limbo. If your needs are consistently exceeding your plan, the honest conversation is an upgrade - and we'll have it with you directly, without pressure.

Do you work with my VA?

Yes, directly. Your VA can submit requests on your behalf, receive confirmations, and coordinate with TDN without routing everything through you first. Many of our clients have their VA as the primary contact for all support requests. We'll onboard them alongside you so the handoff is clean from day one.

What's the difference between a Support Plan and Managed Plans (Martech)?

The core difference is reactive vs. proactive.

Support Plans are task-based: You identify what needs doing, you submit a request, TDN executes it. The infrastructure runs, the site stays healthy, your requests are handled within a clear timeframe. You direct the work.

Martech is operational ownership: TDN takes proactive responsibility for your connected systems — automations, CRM, funnels, analytics - and catches things before you notice them. You receive a monthly report whether you asked for one or not. Someone is watching the whole system, not waiting for instructions.

If you're running active funnels, email automations, and a CRM, and you want someone monitoring all of it proactively - that's the Martech conversation. See Managed Plans →

If you primarily need your site managed, your requests handled reliably, and a team you can actually reach - you're in the right place.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Support Plans are month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. There's no long-term lock-in required. Most clients stay because the service works, not because we've made leaving difficult.
